The course is aimed at all professionals in the sector who develop or want to develop their work in the field of food auditing, or who need to strengthen this facet to ensure success in their professional activity: consultants, quality managers, production managers, internal auditors, etc.
To train professionals trained to carry out evaluations against the requirements of the food safety protocols required by the main world distributors: IFS and BRCGS, based on the technical competence requirements for auditors established by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).
