Confirmation of receipt: Once we receive your report, we will confirm its receipt within 7 working days.
Investigation: We are committed to resolve the investigation and take the corresponding decisions within a period not exceeding 3 months from receipt of the complaint. This period may be extended up to 6 months in justified cases, always with due communication to the complainant.
Resolution: Based on the findings of the investigation, appropriate decisions will be made to resolve the problem in an equitable manner and in accordance with current regulations.
