At ACERTA we continue to grow and advance in our purpose of building trust. To this end, we have set up an Advisory Board.
Its mission is to contribute experience, knowledge and strategic vision, accompanying management in defining future lines of action and strengthening our institutional and market relations. With a strictly consultative role, this body also has among its functions to ensure our core values: integrity, identifying and alerting about possible situations of conflict of interest or risks of loss of independence, and excellence, promoting continuous improvement and quality in all our actions.
In this way, the Advisory Council becomes an additional guarantor of the principles that underpin confidence in ACERTA.
It is made up of five professionals of recognized prestige in their respective fields.
He holds a degree in Physics from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from Harvard University. He has developed his career in sectors such as energy, telecommunications, corporate finance and strategy. He has been a director of companies such as Enel Chile, Grupo Auna and Grupo FerroAtlántica, with roles in corporate development, financial planning and energy transition. He is also currently an associate professor at IE Business School. His experience allows him to provide a global vision in sectors subject to regulation, innovation and sustainability.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and postgraduate studies in leadership from Texas McCombs School of Business and IESE. Currently at BBVA as Head of Strategy & Control at CIB Engineering, after a long career in the financial sector where he has specialized in corporate strategy and organization, technology and financial control. During his career at BBVA he has led teams that have contributed to the expansion and transformation of the banking business in international environments, and is recognized for his ability to transform strategic challenges into plans focused on adding value.
Executive profile with international training (PhD in Economics, MBA and LLM in European Law), president of the Woman Forward Foundation, CEO of Comerciando Global and founder of YUKTIK.com. She is a reference in gender equality and business leadership, with experience as a lawyer in international law firms, senior manager in Calidad Pascual and civil servant in the European Commission. Writer and lecturer, she combines academic and practical vision to promote diversity and corporate competitiveness.
Founding partner of ICMA - Ingenieros Consultores Medio Ambiente, S.L. Agronomist and forestry engineer, with a master's degree in Environmental Impact Assessment and Correction. He has more than 30 years of experience leading environmental consulting projects, impact assessment and agroforestry management. He has taught at business schools and universities. He is currently president of the Spanish Association of Environmental Impact Assessment and president of CarbonX, a company specialized in the creation and commercialization of carbon sinks.
Pharmacist and MBA, with more than 25 years of experience in the biosanitary and pharmaceutical industry. He has held senior management positions in companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Baxter, ISDIN and Menarini, leading divisions and acting as General Manager in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, as well as driving business in Asia and Africa. He is currently CEO of Santé&Partners and Chairman of Vistage Spain, and collaborates with initiatives such as the Woman Forward Foundation and Netmentora Madrid, supporting entrepreneurship and business leadership.
