ACERTA establishes deadlines for receipt of certification dossiers
As every year, and in order to ensure the timely closure of all certification files before the closing of the ministerial platform, ACERTA has set the deadlines for the reception of projects for this campaign.
Based on the experience of previous years, the following deadlines have been established:
- Wednesday, October 22: deadline for receipt of files of content or content and first execution (first certification).
- Wednesday, October 29: deadline for receipt of follow-up dossiers (projects already previously certified)
After these dates, it will not be possible to commit to the projects being certified on time. Likewise, no URGENT applications will be accepted, since the usual processing times for this type of project cannot be guaranteed.
However, in the event that the ministries involved modify the deadlines for closing the platform, ACERTA will adapt its procedure and keep all clients informed. Specific exceptions may also be considered depending on the type of project, which must be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In order to ensure certification within the established deadlines, the dossiers must meet two fundamental conditions:
- Provide complete documentation (administrative, technical and accounting) from the beginning of the process.
- Respond within a maximum of 5 working days to possible requirements issued during the evaluation.
Finally, ACERTA recalls the importance of anticipating a project forecast with the minimum necessary information (brief summary and estimated date of submission). This step will allow to start the search for experts in advance and significantly speed up the certification process.
ACERTA maintains its commitment to work with maximum agility and rigor, making all resources available to its clients so that the files are successfully managed within the established deadlines.
