The incorporation of flexible scope reinforces ACERTA's position as an accredited entity for the validation of DNSH compliance, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/852 and the delegated acts in force of the Environmental Taxonomy, allowing it to offer validations that are continuously aligned with the evolution of European regulations.
This new scope gives it greater responsiveness for a wider range of calls and actions, while maintaining the highest level of rigor and independence.
