Article 7 of Royal Decree 387/2021, of June 1, is the basis that establishes the official phytosanitary certification regime for the export of vegetables and plant based products.

Considering the requirements established in chapter III of the aforementioned Royal Decree, the verifications carried out and the documentation provided, ACERTA has been authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as an audit entity for the certification of alfalfa, olive pulp export campaigns , citrus, stone fruit, pip fruit, red fruits, table grapes, tropical, horticultural and planting material.
