• Accepting pojects for which we do not have adequate resources.
• Allowing pressures that are contrary to our company policy or to the basic standards of integrity of certification bodies.

After five years of activity and more than 1200 R&D projects evaluated, we still have some way to go to achieve excellence. But we have set ourselves the goal and we are taking very serious steps!
