The Café de la Ópera, restaurant and cafeteria of the Hotel Ópera, an emblematic hotel establishment in the historic center of Madrid, located in front of the Teatro Real, has received the first Safe Site FOOD® certificate for the restaurant business.

Safe Site FOOD® is a quality seal designed by professionals in the field of health and food safety to give confidence to those who manage catering, catering, take-out or food sales businesses and, of course, also to their customers.

The Safe Site FOOD® certification is granted exclusively to establishments in which: a) The person in charge of the activity demonstrates a high level of knowledge of the good practices of prevention of COVID19 included in the Guide with the same name, and b) through An on-line audit confirms that the establishment itself is capable of fully and reliably evaluating its ongoing compliance with the good practices applicable to its activity.
